Graduate Clinical Training
At Rosemead, your hands-on training begins early and builds, step by step, throughout your years of study. This leads to a full-time internship in your fifth year of study and prepares you to interact with and work in the mental health community while maintaining a Christian worldview.
Located near one of the highest concentrations of clinical practices in the nation, Rosemead provides opportunities for students to intern and receive training at many of the excellent clinics that offer a diversity of training experiences. The variety of agencies which regularly train Rosemead students — surrounding school districts, community mental health centers, child, adolescent and adult treatment centers, outpatient clinics, and private and public psychiatric hospitals — ensure that you’ll gain a breadth of clinical experiences in professional settings while working with diverse populations that make up the greater Los Angeles area.
