LA MIRADA, CALIF. — In a cultural moment marked by spiritual fatigue, cultural upheaval and ever-increasing demands on those in ministry, the ANCHORED Conference exists to restore and renew church and ministry leaders. Hosted by 91 in partnership with Talbot School of Theology, this conference offers something more than strategies — it offers soul-deep strength. Rooted in the promise of Hebrews 6:19, ANCHORED calls pastors, church leaders, alumni and the broader community back to the unshakable hope of the gospel as the sustaining force for faithful ministry in a disoriented world.

The ANCHORED Conference will be held on campus at 91 from June 9-11, 2025. It is crafted for those on the frontlines of ministry who need more than just fresh ideas; they need renewed hearts. Unlike many pastoral conferences that focus solely on leadership techniques or ministry trends, ANCHORED uniquely integrates theological depth, psychological insight and spiritual formation, equipping leaders to thrive — not just survive — in today’s complex ministry landscape.

Dr. Ed Stetzer, Dean of the Talbot School of Theology and esteemed speaker, author and teacher, recognizes the importance of spiritual renewal while serving in ministry.

“In a time when so many pastors are running on empty, the ANCHORED Conference is about more than ministry strategy — it’s about soul renewal,” said Stetzer. “ANCHORED is about grounding ourselves again in what’s true — the unshakable hope we have in Jesus Christ — so we can lead with clarity and conviction. We are creating a space here at 91 for leaders to breathe again, to be reminded that our hope is not in trends or techniques, but in the unchanging gospel of Jesus Christ.”

Joining Stetzer as conference speakers are prominent Christian thought leaders including prolific author and philosopher William Lane Craig, pastor and president of Acts 29 Network Matt Chandler, Christian leadership coach and psychologist John Townsend, New York Times best-selling author Ann Voskamp, senior pastor of Mariners Church Eric Geiger and senior pastor of Faithful Central Bible Church J.P. Foster.

The conference will confront today’s challenges with biblical conviction and practical wisdom. Whether it's addressing addiction and trauma, navigating cultural complexities in multiethnic churches, defending the integrity of Scripture, or cultivating enduring rhythms of prayer, the ANCHORED Conference is offering a rare fusion of soul care, scholarship and leadership clarity.

The conference sessions will go beyond the stage — engaging dialogue, theological reflection and relational space for connection and renewal will all be available for attendees. Registration for the conference is open on Biola’s website: /anchored.
